The replies to the queries might take 48 – 72 hours depending upon the availability of Dr. Mithal.

Once you receive your order id by e-mail, please go to the advice page for sending in your query. An order id is valid for 7 days. An order id can be used for sending a query within 7 days of its generation. After 7 days please generate another order id to send a query.
